HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) COORDINATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time while coordinating with the company's payroll provider.
· Review employee time records, identify discrepancies, and assist managers with timekeeping corrections.
· Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, and absenteeism in accordance with company attendance policies.
· Maintain attendance reports and assist HR Management with attendance-related corrective actions and documentation.
· Serve as the primary recruiter for hourly positions, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and verifying references
· Maintain employee personnel files and HR records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
· Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding payroll, benefits, company policies, and employment procedures.
· Maintain HR databases and employee records with a high degree of accuracy.
· Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollments, changes, and general benefits support.
· Assist with workers' compensation, leave of absence, and unemployment documentation as needed.
· Coordinate employee training records and assist with company training initiatives.
· Assist with HR projects, policy updates, employee communications, company events, and compliance initiatives.
· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR metrics using Microsoft Excel.
· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and company information.
· Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and assist with additional HR-related projects as assigned.
HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, or Administrative experience preferred.
· Previous payroll processing experience strongly preferred.
· Experience coordinating full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions preferred.
· Working knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices preferred.
· Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll systems preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
· Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with managers and employees throughout the organization.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.

SCHEDULE:
· 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
· Day Shift
· Monday to Friday
· Overtime may be required based on business needs.
LOCATION:
· This position will be in the City of Industry, CA 91789.
· Candidates interested in employment with AC Infinity must relocate before starting work if moving from a different area. This is required.
· This position is an in-person position. It is not a remote position.
