Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Manager/Key Holder to join our team at our young, high-volume & fast paced beachwear store. This position involves assisting the Store Manager in overseeing staff, managing inventory, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, contributing to a positive work environment, achieving store goals and supporting the daily operations of the retail store while ensuring a mind-blowing customer experience. We offer flexible schedules, but must be available to work nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving products.
- Train and develop staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions with precision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a collaborative environment.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising strategies to enhance sales performance.
