Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal to ensure optimal hygiene standards.
- Organize items systematically within spaces to maximize efficiency and aesthetic appeal for staging or storage purposes.
- Pack items securely for transport or storage, ensuring all belongings are protected and labeled accurately.
- Stage properties or event setups by arranging furniture, decor, and accessories to enhance visual appeal and functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas throughout the day while adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning services, including residential cleaning or hospitality environments such as hotels or property management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently arrange items and manage packing tasks.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques to ensure safe and hygienic spaces.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members alike.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Experience with staging or decorating properties for events or real estate purposes is a plus.
- Familiarity with laundry procedures and maintaining cleanliness in various settings enhances overall performance.
