Job Summary
As a Part-Time Housekeeper, you will provide professional cleaning services for residential homes and commercial properties. You'll be responsible for creating clean, healthy, and welcoming environments while delivering exceptional customer service at every visit.
Our housekeepers are expected to be dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in representing Kings Fabulous Cleaning Service LLC with professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Dust furniture, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, and accessible fixtures.
- Wipe and sanitize countertops, appliances, and work surfaces.
- Make beds and tidy living areas when requested.
- Spot clean doors, walls, and light switches.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service while respecting each client's home or business.
- Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling between scheduled cleaning appointments.
- Work independently and occasionally as part of a two-person cleaning team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be insurable to drive a company vehicle.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience
Experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic.
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Housekeeping
- Janitorial services
- Hotel housekeeping
- Custodial services
- Floor care and sanitation
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Flexible weekday hours
- Daytime shifts
- No overnight shifts
- Weekend availability may be offered based on client needs
