The Impact You'll Make
As our Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll be the heartbeat of our production floor. Your expertise will keep our machines running at peak performance, prevent costly downtime, and ensure our team can deliver high-quality products without interruption. You won’t just fix problems—you’ll anticipate them, improve processes, and help us build a safer, more efficient manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on textile production machinery, facility, and support systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair textile mechanical and electrical systems.
- Install, align, and calibrate new equipment to meet production requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory records.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety-first on the shop floor.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a textile or similar manufacturing industrial setting. Experience in a Textile Mill or Textile Industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, valves, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- A proactive mindset—able to spot potential issues before they become problems.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
