No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing development to help you build real-world skills in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership.

What You'll Do
As a Promotions Sales Specialist, you will:
* Represent NY Events and our clients at promotional events and campaigns
* Engage directly with customers and create positive experiences
* Introduce customers to products, services, and promotions
* Learn professional sales and communication techniques
* Build relationships with customers and team members
* Participate in team meetings, coaching, and training
* Work toward individual and team performance goals
* Develop skills in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership
* Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the organization
