Lead multiple Pizza Hut locations to success by coaching teams, developing managers, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

Support and develop General Managers across multiple stores

Achieving store performance goals

Conduct store visits and evaluations

Ensure execution of brand standards and policies

Lead recruiting and staffing efforts for assigned stores

Identify training opportunities and deliver leadership coaching
Requirements:

Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

High level of accountability and integrity
-
Able to travel between store locations

Data-driven mindset with operational knowledge

Flexible schedule availability

Valid driver's license
