Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Medical Spa Registered Nurse (RN) to join our vibrant team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for aesthetic medicine, excellent patient care skills, and a passion for enhancing clients’ confidence and well-being. Bilingual Korean language skills are preferred to better serve our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments, ensuring each client feels valued and cared for from consultation through follow-up.
TRAINING OVERSIGHT: We are planning to open this Los Angeles location officially on August 17th. Upon confirmation of hiring, the candidate is required to visit our headquarter at Buena Park office twice a week (preferrably on Fridays and Saturdays) to be trained extensively on our clinic's protocols and guidelines.
Duties
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin treatment), and laser treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and skin evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate clients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and potential outcomes to ensure informed decision-making.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures.
- Manage patient documentation accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems, including treatment notes and consent forms.
- Assist with pre- and post-treatment care, including tube feeding management, skin preparation, and follow-up assessments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid minimum RN license with current registration in California or the applicable state licensing board.
- Prior experience in medical aesthetics or a related field is required; familiarity with esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Korean language proficiency is preferred, due to patient demographic demands.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems, must be computer literate!!
