- Conduct daily in-person B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses
- Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision makers
- Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and 1:1 settings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop a referral-driven book of business
- Manage your pipeline using our proprietary CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of high performance in sales or customer-facing roles

- $77,000-$125,000+ first-year earning potential
