SunDiego Auto Spa is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end paint protection, ceramic coatings, and premium window tinting services. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience, particularly with window tint installations, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional results.
Responsibilities:
- Apply window tint film with precision and care, ensuring a clean and seamless finish
- Maintain a clean work environment and handle all vehicles with respect
- Collaborate with our PPF and detailing teams to ensure smooth project flow
- Assist in estimating jobs and recommending services when needed
- Stay up to date on the latest films, tools, and industry techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional window tinting experience
- Strong skills in applying pre-cut and custom tint (experience with XPEL Prime XR & XR Plus is a plus)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines
- Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and work on various vehicle types
- Familiarity with dealership or high-end shop environments preferred
