About the Role
As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals while working alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Wellness and preventative care consultations
- Medical workups and diagnostics
- Soft tissue surgery
- Client education and communication
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and patients
- Collaborating with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Exotic animal medicine is available for those with an interest but is entirely optional.
Hospital Facilities
You'll have access to a wide range of modern diagnostic and treatment equipment, including:
- CT imaging
- Ultrasound
- Endoscopy
- Digital radiography
- Dental suite with digital dental radiology
- Therapeutic laser
- Well-equipped surgical facilities
The practice also supports veterinarians with interests in rehabilitation, holistic medicine, and exotic animal care.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance

- Four-day workweek available
- Five-day schedule available if preferred
- Midweek-only schedules considered
- Full-time benefits from just 35 hours per week
- Typical shifts:
- 8:00 AM5:00 PM
- 8:00 AM6:00 PM
- 8:00 AM6:30 PM

- Compensation
- Base salary of $100,000-$120,000 (depending on experience)
- 20% production bonus
- Realistic earnings exceeding $150,000+
- $5,000 signing bonus
- $5,000-$10,000 annual retention bonus

- DVM or VMD degree
- Licensed, or eligible for veterinary licensure, in Oklahoma
