We’re seeking an experienced Lead Gardener who wants ownership, variety, and the opportunity to help shape gardens over time.

Lead fine gardening work: pruning, planting, bed care, seasonal maintenance

Take ownership of assigned properties and support long-term garden planning

Apply organic and ecological land care practices

Guide and mentor gardeners and junior gardeners

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Share observations and ideas — feedback from the field matters here

Assist with snow work and off season maintenance
