Lauren Rye Enchanted is a women’s, baby, and children’s boutique built around a storybook theme — think whimsical, elegant, and just a little magical. We curate apparel and toys that feel special, and we want our customers to feel that magic the moment they walk through our door. We’re part of a small family of Northern California boutiques, and we believe retail can be both beautiful and genuinely well-run.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring one Sales Associates to join our in-store team:
Full-Time: 5 days/week, 7 hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch
Retail experience is strongly a must, boutique or clothing retail background is a great fit. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find pieces they love while keeping our story-filled space running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and genuine attentiveness
- Build product knowledge across apparel, baby, and toy lines to make confident recommendations
- Process sales transactions and maintain register accuracy
- Merchandise and restock the sales floor to keep displays fresh and inviting
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and light inventory tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented store
- Support seasonal events, promotions, and visual resets
What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience is a must, boutique or clothing retail a plus
- A natural connector who enjoys people and creates genuine customer relationships
- Reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with both fast-paced moments and quieter, detail-driven tasks
- Available for the schedule above, including weekends and seasonal shifts

Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
