This position works Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm with starting pay of $18.00/hr. In this role you will be responsible for the instruction of fitness classes, Boot Camp classes and providing personal training to Melaleuca employee and their families.

Delivering Personal Training including working with your own clients.

Successful applicants for this position must be nationally certified as a Fitness Instructor OR a Personal Trainer. Applicants who do not have certification but are willing to achieve one will be considered.

Demonstrated success in teaching fitness classes, boot camp classes and other fitness related instruction.

Demonstrated ability in marketing and growing membership in a fitness center.

Strong, outgoing personality.

Ability to relate to all types of fitness center customers – from those well acquainted with a gym environment to first time users of our Fitness Center.

Computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word related software.

Administrative office related skills.

Effective in cleaning equipment and maintaining a positive fitness environment.
