PAY: $20 PER HOUR WHILE HELPING THE CHIROPRACTOR
$35 PER HOUR WHILE PERFORMING ESTHETICIAN WORK
*** THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN ALTAMONTE SPRINGS
*** OUR OFFICE IS APPROXIMATELY 4,000 SQ FT. We are primarily a Chiropractic office, the ideal Candidate will help the chiropractor with Rehab etc. And as needed perform Esthetician work.
We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm
Weekend hours are also possible.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Aesthetician / Rehab specialist to join our dynamic skincare and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through advanced skincare treatments and rehabilitation therapies. In this role, you will deliver personalized aesthetic services, promote client satisfaction, and contribute to a welcoming environment focused on health, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Your expertise in various skincare modalities and excellent customer service skills will be essential to providing exceptional experiences for our clients.
Duties
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including laser therapy, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and professionalism.
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ individual needs and goals.
- Administer advanced procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion to improve skin health and appearance.
- Provide rehabilitation services that support clients’ recovery and overall wellness, including deep tissue massage and other therapeutic modalities.
- Educate clients on skincare products, conduct product demonstrations, and promote retail sales to enhance their treatment outcomes.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to health regulations and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized after each use.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns, answering questions thoroughly, and fostering a positive environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to continually enhance service offerings.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with relevant certifications in laser treatment and skin care therapies.
- Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about procedures and skincare routines.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment at all times.
- Ability to perform deep tissue massage as part of holistic rehabilitation services.
- Experience with retail sales techniques and conducting product demos to promote skincare lines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
