About the Role
As a Flexographic Printing Specialist, you will play a critical role in our production department by operating high-speed printing and converting equipment to deliver premium packaging solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring color accuracy, maintaining registration standards, and optimizing machine performance to meet our high-quality output goals.
Responsibilities-
Execute daily production schedules while ensuring all job specifications and quality standards are met.

Perform precise press set-ups, changeovers, and clean-ups to maximize operational efficiency and minimize material waste.

Monitor ink pH and viscosity levels to ensure consistent print quality throughout the production run.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance on press components, including anilox rolls and doctor blades, to ensure peak equipment reliability.

Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate effectively with team members during shift handovers.

Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or quality inconsistencies to prevent downtime and ensure product excellence.

Support a culture of continuous improvement by participating in process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating flexographic printing presses.

Strong technical aptitude for color matching, registration, and ink management.

Ability to read and interpret complex job tickets and technical specifications.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.

Vocational or technical certification in printing technology.

Current forklift certification or prior warehouse equipment experience.

Familiarity with ISO quality standards and standard operating procedures.

Experience with narrow web printing environments.
