We are seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to join our team. You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet fully staffed — and be rewarded for every successful hire.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and hire qualified CDL-A drivers
Manage high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email
Guide candidates from initial contact through orientation
Consistently meet weekly hiring targets
Compensation & Benefits:
