About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Memphis area.
This role is ideal for someone who is early in their sales career and looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and develop into a high-performing sales professional.
At Riggins Painting, we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence, develop your sales skills, and create a successful long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and provide tailored painting solutions
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and community members
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and neighborhood outreach
- Manage follow-up activities and maintain communication with prospective customers
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Participate in marketing and community engagement efforts that support company growth
- Continuously develop your sales and communication skills through training and coaching
About You
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, door-to-door or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Organized and able to manage your time effectively
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
