Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ year of management experience.
- 3-5 years of retail experience.
- Ability to stand, move, bend, reach, carry, and occasionally climb ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings and limited holidays.
- Must live within commuting distance to Pensacola Beach (no relocation assistance provided).
Your Day as a Ron Jon Manager...
- Lead the sales floor and support associates during busy store traffic.
- Coach associates on product knowledge, salesmanship and customer engagement.
- Review inventory levels and coordinate product flow with the stock team.
- Manage daily schedules, coverage and overall store operations.
- Ensure the store remains visually exciting, organized and guest-ready.
