What You'll Do:
Survey Responsibilities:
- Perform survey computations, data processing, and CAD drafting for boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Assist in preparing plats, legal descriptions, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and easement exhibits.
- Interpret deeds, plats, and title documents to support boundary analysis.
- Support field crews with technical guidance and quality control of collected data.
- Maintain accurate records of field notes, digital files, and project documentation.
- Participate in QA/QC reviews and ensure deliverables meet technical and regulatory standards.
- Communicate with project managers and clients to clarify scope and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal technical development initiatives.
Engineering Responsibilities:
Assist with roadway rehabilitation, utility infrastructure, water and sewer improvements, and site development projects.
Perform engineering analyses and calculations related to grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience
Combination of office and field wo rk.
Field assignments may involve exposure to varying weather and terrain conditions.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work in remote locations and potentially rugged terrain.
Valid driver’s license with ability to drive.
Salary Range:
The starting salary for this position is $85,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
