Position Summary
As a Manager in Training (MIT), you'll prepare for a future Store Manager role by learning every aspect of store operations. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop the skills needed to lead a successful retail location.
MITs learn to manage sales, customer service, collections, inventory, store operations, financial performance, and team development while creating an outstanding experience for both customers and employees.
This is a full-time position with excellent advancement opportunities as we continue to grow.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $40,000–$65,000 annually, including bonus opportunities

What You'll Do
- Learn all aspects of store management and daily operations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through a service-first mindset.
- Assist with sales, collections, inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Monitor store performance, budgets, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop future team members.
- Ensure company policies and operational standards are consistently followed.
- Help create a positive, family-oriented workplace culture.

Experience in one or more of the following is helpful:
- Retail Management
- Sales
- Automotive
- Rent-to-Own
- Account Management

- Collections or Finance
Leadership experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are ready to grow.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Professional proficiency in English
