Lucent Bridge is hiring a full - time Assistant Manager - Entry Level to connect individuals with AT&T Fiber. The Assistant Manager - Entry Level will oversee each customer support with care, explaining how fiber-optic internet enhances streaming, remote work, and daily connectivity. Through diligent customer support management, you’ll drive meaningful results that expand fiber access throughout the community.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be trained to oversee customer support from the first conversation through long‑term service, ensuring a smooth, professional experience at every stage. The Assistant Manager - Entry Level will also contribute to the team's enrollment objectives by identifying customers who are ready to upgrade or add Wi‑Fi solutions.
Role Responsibilities for an Assistant Manager:
- Oversee customer support from initial outreach through ongoing support, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience at every stage.
- Manage customer interactions related to AT&T Fiber services, customer support updates, and connectivity solutions while maintaining accurate customer information and documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support, providing timely follow-up, resolving concerns, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members and leadership to support customer service objectives, customer retention efforts, and overall operational goals.
- Monitor customer support activity and customer needs to identify opportunities for service upgrades, additional Wi-Fi solutions, or enhanced connectivity options.
- Assist in onboarding and initial setup processes to ensure customers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience.
- Contribute to team performance by helping maintain organized management practices, consistent communication, and high-quality customer support standards.
