Are you ready to lead a high-performing sales team and help customers exit, enter, and enjoy the RV lifestyle? PPL Motorhomes is looking for a driven, hands-on RV Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our location.
The Sales Manager will work closely with the PPL leadership team, Sales Team, Finance Team, and other department leaders to grow RV sales, increase profitability, strengthen the customer experience, and support the continued success of the El Reno location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the El Reno Sales Staff, including Salespeople, Internet Sales Staff, and Receptionists
- Work closely with El Reno Finance Staff, including Finance Managers and Business Managers
- Lead daily sales desk operations, including oversight of deal structure, front-end profitability, back-end profitability, and overall deal performance
- Implement, evaluate, and report on the performance of a structured sales process
- Coach, mentor, and train sales staff to increase professionalism, performance, accountability, and customer service
- Drive processes to achieve a finance penetration goal of 55% or greater
- Assist in overseeing RV inventory, especially PPL-owned inventory, to ensure units are front-line ready and priced for maximum margins
- Track every El Reno RV deal from start to finish to ensure timely delivery and a customer experience that exceeds expectations
- Maintain strong communication with other department and segment leaders to support dealership profitability and smooth operations
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for sales growth, process improvement, and team development
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in RV, automotive, powersports, retail, or a related dealership environment
- Strong understanding of sales operations, deal structure, customer service, and team performance
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold sales team members accountable
- Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working closely with finance, inventory, and dealership leadership teams
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
