The coordinator will be the contact for order processing and support tasks in the screen print department and will be the central point of communication.
This role is not a seated office position. It requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. Lifting and carrying will also be required on occasion (up to 50 lbs).
Responsibilities
Typical duties and responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that information and supplies flow effectively internally and to partner departments smoothly and professionally.
- Support the manager and internal teams in an office setting by assisting with managing daily order operations, facilitating communication, and maintaining organization.
- Support production staff with light duty tasks such as packing, moving boxes, refilling supplies, and acting as a fill-in with operations support from time to time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience providing support and coordinating duties in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational, multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Proficiency with computers and order applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle stress professionally in a demanding environment
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to jump into production when needed
Work Schedule
- Monday - Thursday 7am - 4:30pm & Fri 7am - 11am with occasional over time in peak seasons (with reasonable notice)
