Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fence Installer Foreman to lead and oversee fence installation projects from start to finish. As the leader on-site, you will coordinate teams, ensure safety standards are met, and deliver high-quality fencing solutions that meet client specifications. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise fence installation crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards
- Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery required for fencing projects
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with site preparation activities such as concrete forming, masonry work, or landscape maintenance as needed
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to resolve issues promptly and maintain smooth operations
Skills
- Strong background in construction with hands-on experience in carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, or hardscape work
- Proficiency in carpentry, fence building, site work, fence layout, material ordering / tracking, leadership roles, and communication.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices and OSHA regulations
- Experience managing teams on construction or fencing projects with excellent leadership skills
- Familiarity with assembly processes related to fencing systems and masonry components
