Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold service standards.
- Manage food preparation and kitchen activities, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system & perform cash handling duties with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist in staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and supporting staff training and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or supervising teams in quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Background in hospitality management or restaurant experience with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and managing shift operations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food production processes.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interview candidates and foster a positive team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced casual dining or quick service environment; experience in hotel or banquet settings is a plus.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
