Description:
- Develop and refine business process models, optimizing workflows for program execution and interagency coordination.
- Identify areas for process automation, efficiency improvements, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with DoD best practices.
- Submit a quarterly Business Process Optimization & Automation Report, detailing process improvements, automation strategies, and workflow enhancements.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
- Possess the knowledge and capability to track program financials, manage budgets, and align funding streams with DoD financial planning processes.
- Personnel must be proficient in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, financial forecasting, and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills are required to support funding justifications and expenditure tracking.
- Personnel must have demonstrated experience in DoD budget execution, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
- Experience with defense financial management systems, congressional budget justifications, and funding reconciliation is required.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in financial management.
- Desirable but not required certifications include Lean Six Certification, PMP Certification, KM Certification, Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), CPA, or DAWIA Level II in Financial Management.
Security clearance:
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a clearance.
