- Lead a 3 to 4-person commercial lawn maintenance crew daily.
- Direct crew members on proper mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup techniques.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all properties are completed within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and positive team environment.
- Operate and oversee the care of commercial landscape equipment and trucks.
- Communicate effectively with property managers and company leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience servicing commercial properties.
- Leadership: Proven ability to give clear direction and motivate a team.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean record (6 points or less).
- Mindset: A true team player with a strong work ethic and eye for detail.
- Physical: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
Pay: $24.25 - $29.21 per hour
