We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Agent to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Service Agent supports daily agency operations by assisting customers with policy service, payments, endorsements, documentation, and general account support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
This is more than a customer service role — we are looking for someone who wants to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
Responsibilities
· Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
· Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions
· Process insurance payments and documentation accurately
· Maintain organized electronic customer files and records
· Document all customer interactions within agency systems
· Follow up on customer requests and outstanding documents
· Support agency retention and renewal efforts
· Work assigned customer and lead follow-up lists
· Assist with application processing and underwriting documentation
· Collaborate with team members to support agency goals
Qualifications
· Required:
· Active Colorado Property & Casualty License
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Comfortable using computers and cloud-based systems
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Professional attitude and strong work ethic
· Preferred:
· Previous insurance agency experience
· Colorado Life & Health License
· Experience with CRM or agency management systems
