Job Duties
Responsible for the comprehensive administration, coordination, standardization, and operational execution of day-to-day human resources functions and personnel-support activities within a large-scale, multi-project foodservice equipment dealership environment. This position requires the systematic coordination, implementation, maintenance, and standardization of HR administrative workflows, operational infrastructure, reporting methodologies, documentation protocols, and personnel-related processes across multiple geographically dispersed Florida project sites.
Administer and coordinate human resources and payroll-related operational functions for a diverse, multidisciplinary workforce encompassing contractors, commercial drivers, project managers, engineers, and other field- and project-based personnel. Responsibilities include the ongoing review, reconciliation, verification, and administration of workforce information necessary to support accurate and consistent HR and payroll operations.
Conduct detailed labor productivity analyses utilizing Workyard and ActiveTrack, including the evaluation, compilation, interpretation, and reporting of workforce activity and efficiency data. Develop and generate labor-efficiency reports designed to identify productivity patterns, operational variances, utilization trends, and other workforce performance indicators relevant to project and personnel administration.
Perform systematic monitoring and analysis of employee attendance patterns and conduct audits of timekeeping and time-tracking records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy. Reconcile applicable workforce data as necessary to facilitate accurate and timely payroll processing through Paychex Flex.
Provide administrative and operational assistance in connection with employee-relations matters, formal and informal performance evaluations, corrective and disciplinary actions, and associated personnel documentation. Communicate and facilitate these processes in both English and Spanish as necessary to promote substantive comprehension among field-based employees, including non-English-speaking crews.
Support organizational compliance activities involving applicable Federal and Florida state employment and workplace-safety requirements, including responsibilities associated with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, and related personnel-administration requirements.
Utilize Bluebeam Revu in connection with the review and evaluation of technical project-site layouts for purposes associated with personnel safety planning, workplace-condition assessment, and OSHA compliance reporting. Interpret relevant site-layout information as necessary to support the coordination and documentation of personnel-related safety considerations.
Coordinate, facilitate, and document mandatory workplace safety training programs and sexual harassment prevention seminars for all personnel, including the administration of training-related communications, participation requirements, and supporting documentation.
Provide administrative and operational support throughout the full-cycle technical recruitment process, including candidate coordination, recruitment-related documentation, scheduling activities, and the coordination and administration of on-site technical competency assessments and language-proficiency evaluations for prospective applicants.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of thirty-six (36) months of post-baccalaureate professional experience in a Human Resources role.
Certification: Possession of a valid OSHA Certification at the time of hire.
Foreign Language Requirement: Professional-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
Other Requirements: Basic working knowledge of Paychex Flex, Bluebeam Revu, and Workyard/ActiveTrack.
