Senior Electrical Engineer for a premier manufacturer of advanced power solutions. You will lead the design, development, and testing of customized power conversion products (like switch-mode power supplies) deployed in demanding industrial, military, and aerospace environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Design: Take ownership of electrical engineering projects, creating specs, schematics, and BOMs using analytical tools.
- Collaborate & Consult: Partner with Mechanical/Process teams and work directly with customers to align designs with their application goals.
- Test & Analyze: Debug prototypes, execute Design Verification Testing (DVT), and prepare stress, MTBF, and DFMEA analyses.
- Mentor: Guide and mentor junior engineers on technology, work ethic, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
What You Need
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Experience: 5+ years developing electronic power conversion products with a proven track record in switch-mode power supply (SMPS) design.
- Tools: Proficiency in PSpice and Mathcad.
- Expertise: Experience resolving EMC issues (high-frequency magnetics and microcontroller circuits are a major plus).
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
