Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Roofing & Siding Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing roofing issues, completing repairs on low slope and pitched applications, and ensuring every job meets our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform roof inspections to identify leaks, storm damage, and wear
- Complete repairs on asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems
- Replace damaged materials, flashing, vents, and seals
- Document work performed and communicate findings with the team
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service on job sites
What We’re Looking For:
- Roofing or construction experience preferred (repair experience a plus)
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor
- Strict adherence to Specialty Exteriors safety standards and OSHA regulations
