Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the oral surgery clinic, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical staff, administrative teams, and external partners.
- Implement and monitor policies aligned with healthcare management best practices and regulatory standards, including JCAHO accreditation requirements.
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise clinical staff performance, provide ongoing training, and promote a collaborative team environment focused on quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all medical management protocols, safety procedures, and legal regulations governing healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with physicians and administrative leadership to develop strategic initiatives that enhance clinical services and operational productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to patient records, incident reports, and compliance audits to support quality assurance efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in healthcare management or clinical operations within a dental or surgical setting, preferably with a focus on oral surgery.
- Strong understanding of medical management practices, healthcare regulations, and industry standards such as JCAHO accreditation processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
