Are you an industrial maintenance technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills? Zing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing facility in East Hanover, NJ. This role is heavily focused on electrical maintenance, troubleshooting production equipment, interpreting electrical schematics, and keeping critical manufacturing systems running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
- Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform equipment installations and preventive maintenance.
- Complete SAP maintenance documentation for compliance and production records.
- Train on and maintain equipment used in extraction, distillation, liquid compounding, washed extraction, and emulsion processes.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate replenishment.
- Follow GMP, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strong industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Electrical & Instrumentation experience.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Welding, pipe fitting, or millwright experience.
- SAP experience.
- GMP manufacturing experience.
- Direct Hire
