Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas, laundry rooms, lobby, elevator, stair wells, etc!
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks.
- Manage custodial responsibilities such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface sanitation to uphold hygiene standards.
- Safely handle chemical agents used for cleaning and disinfecting following proper protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
- Knowledge of chemical agent handling with a focus on safety procedures and proper storage.
- Experience with custodial duties including window cleaning, trash disposal, and surface sanitation.
- Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment.
