Blue Lagoon Pool & Spa is looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to sell products that create memories for families, we'd love to meet you! As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the perfect hot tub, pool, accessories, and backyard products while providing exceptional service from their first visit through the final sale.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding showroom experience.
- Learn customers' needs and recommend the best products for their lifestyle and budget.
- Sell hot tubs, pools, chemicals, accessories, pool cleaners, and seasonal products.
- Follow up with sales leads by phone, email, and text.
- Perform water testing and explain treatment recommendations (training provided).
- Process sales using our point-of-sale system.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and receiving shipments.
- Work with our service and delivery teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience requited.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Desire to learn new products and technology.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
