Your Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Analyst: Conduct regular reviews of agent performance to identify opportunities and develop plans for improvement.
- Data Manager: Maintain the accuracy and currency of our CRM database to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
- Conversion Specialist: Monitor lead conversion rates and work alongside agents to address challenges and optimize outcomes.
- Call Evaluator: Provide constructive feedback to help agents enhance their sales techniques and improve customer engagement.
- Team Advocate: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A real estate license (mandatory)
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a brokerage or real estate setting
- Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- A knack for motivating a diverse team of agents
