Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales — no prior experience is required. All training will be provided on-site.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, explaining our services, preparing estimates, and closing sales. Success in this role will be rewarded with attractive bonuses and commissions on top of a base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate with potential customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Explain company painting services, process, and value to homeowners and business clients
- Conduct on-site or virtual estimates (training provided)
- Follow up with leads, answer customer questions, and build relationships
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required – we provide full on-site training
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
