We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Job Title – RN - LTC
Location – Plentywood, MT 59254
Job Type – Contract (13 weeks) possibility of extension
Shift timing – Night Shift 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Start Date (Tentative) – ASAP
Weekly hours: 36
Local Pay rate - $52/hr
Travel Pay: $2146/week for 36 hrs
Requirements
- Valid RN license with current registration in the state of practice.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working in long-term care settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia (Alzheimer’s/dementia care), or memory care units preferred.
- Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate documentation and billing processes.
- Critical care experience including ICU or Level I/II trauma center exposure highly desirable.
- Skills in advanced procedures such as suturing, catheterization, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management.
- Familiarity with specialty areas like ophthalmology procedures (e.g., intraocular injections), occupational health protocols, or pediatric nursing is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology essential for maintaining confidentiality and effective communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
