Memorials by Michel is hiring a full-time Monument Installer. This is skilled, outdoor, hands-on work installing granite memorials at cemeteries. In this role, you’ll operate equipment, dig foundations, and place headstones. This position is located in our Solon location
What You’ll Do:
· Travel to cemetery sites to install monuments using maps/layouts
· Dig foundations using mini-excavator and/or hand tools
· Mix/pour concrete and set monuments
· Use hoists/cranes to place headstones
· Level, seal, polish, and clean memorials
· Follow site layouts and installation specs
· Help maintain trucks and equipment
What You’ll Need :
· Valid driver’s license with a clean record and insurable
· Experience with hands-on installation work and operating equipment safely
· Able to perform heavy physical labor daily /lifting up to 70 lbs. regularly
· Comfortable working outdoors year-round
· Reliable and shows up ready to work
· CDL A (or willingness to get one within 6 months)

Additional Requirements:
Background and reference checks required post-offer. CDL holders must comply with DOT regulations (drug testing & physical).
