ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but other duties may be assigned:
- Maintain security for all cash and cash equivalents in the office
- Count down and balance all checker tills and the office master
- Record and balance all daily and weekly business transactions to be sent to Roth’s Food Center Accounting Office
- Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain accepted cash levels in the office
- Provide customer service for check-cashing, money order, Western Union and telephone answering functions

WORK HOURS: Schedules and hours vary. Positions are likely to include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Although we are interested in providing our employees with a stable work schedule, our ability to do so depends on our assessment of work needs and business conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates will have experience working in a Checker/Cashiering position, the grocery industry, or performing similar work. Must be 18 years or older.
