About the role
NexGen Remodeling is a licensed, fully insured exterior remodeling company specializing in artificial turf, pavers, and complete backyard transformations across Los Angeles. Our team in the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County is growing quickly, and we are hiring an experienced Sales and Project Manager to help us meet demand.
This is not a typical sales position. We provide a consistent flow of qualified, pre-booked appointments with homeowners who are ready to move forward. There is no cold calling or door knocking. Your role is to close those appointments and then manage each project through to completion. We supply the crews; you keep the client informed, and ensure the work meets our standard. You are the client's single point of contact from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.
Responsibilities
- Run pre-booked appointments throughout the Valley and Ventura County
- Measure, design, price, and close projects on site
- Coordinate our crews and subcontractors to deliver each job on time and to standard
- Own the client experience from start to finish: prompt communication, issues resolved the first time, and no loose ends. We hold a five-star service standard and you protect it
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM (Jobber / GoHighLevel)
What we're looking for
- Proven experience selling exterior remodeling is our top priority (turf, pavers, hardscape, backyards, landscaping, or related trades such as solar or roofing), with real numbers you can speak to
- Strong technology skills and comfort with CRMs, mobile apps, and digital tools
- A closer who follows through, not someone who hands off the client and disappears
- The ability to manage crews and demanding clients independently
- Based in the Valley or Ventura County, with knowledge of the area
Growth We promote on performance, not tenure. Strong closers advance to Senior Sales, earn priority on the best leads, and can move into team leadership or help open new markets as we expand. Florida is next. There is no cap on your income and no ceiling on your role.
Compensation Commission and profit split with qualified leads provided, uncapped. Our top performers earn $250,000+ per year.
Our standards We hold a high bar and we measure results. Reps who follow our system close at 30 percent or higher. We are looking for professionals who are positive, accountable, detail-oriented, and treat every client with respect. If that is how you work, you will do well here.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
