Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert knowledge, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly in a timely manner after being sat, with a friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast Handheld or POS
- Serve food, beverages, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide detailed menu recommendations, including wine pairings and spirits expertise, to enhance guest experience
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by pre-bussing tables, resetting dining areas in coordination with back waiter/busser, and adhering to food safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, some fine dining experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Toast but will train
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs
- Ability to manage time effectively serving a 4 to 6 table section
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail list & preparation, and food handling procedures
- Experience with up-selling techniques to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Food safety/handling certification & ABC RBS Certification
- Previous experience as a server or Bartender with food service.
Re-Open is scheduled for July 22nd, 2026
Anticipated training will be completed the week prior.
Tip pool is competitive and ensures employees take ownership of service, while providing reasonable security within the pool.
Pay: From $19.61 per hour
