One Music Schools is looking for an energetic, organized, and dedicated Studio Director to manage our Flourish Music Academy location in Greeley, Colorado. Our Studio Director will be responsible for:
Job Duties
- Ensuring the smooth operation of daily lessons
- Approving and facilitating employee time off requests
- Communication with clients (with the help of an entire Enrollment and Customer Care team)
- Fostering team relationships and job satisfaction
- Inventory tracking and restocking
- Minimal monthly collections
- Approving hires/helping with onboarding and training of new teachers
- Semi-annually attending and hosting recitals
- Coordinating and holding semi-annual performance reviews with your teachers
- Being a part of the creative team of One Music Schools in making sure that your studio is offering a quality experience to every student
- Monday - Friday 2:00 - 5:00 PM
Qualifications include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization, time management, and project management skills
- Knowledge of excel/google spreadsheets
- The ability to lead and inspire others
- Ability to handle occasional conflicts, deescalate, and problem-solve
- Experience in music teaching not required, but a plus
Compensation
$25,000 base per year, plus director royalty
