Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Pizza Factory standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food handler's and RBS certification is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
