Job Description
Obscurity Brewing is looking for a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at our brewery and restaurant. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands hospitality, craft beer culture, and the fast-paced environment of a busy establishment.
The General Manager will oversee staff, financial performance, guest experience, marketing initiatives, and events while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both the front and back of house.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the brewery, taproom, and restaurant
- Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and leadership development
- Monitor and control labor costs, budgets, and financial performance
- Maintain inventory management and ordering systems
- Lead marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media collaboration
- Plan and execute events, concerts, and special promotions
- Ensure exceptional guest service and customer experience
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Work closely with ownership on growth strategy and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, brewery, bar, or restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of budgeting, labor management, and cost control
- Experience with marketing, promotions, and event planning
- Knowledge of craft beer, whiskey, and beverage programs preferred
- Experience with POS systems, inventory systems, and scheduling platforms
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
