Capital Protection Solutions is seeking a dependable Security Patrol & Parking Enforcement Officer for a single apartment community in Lauderdale Lakes. This is a daytime, 12-hour shift position for officers who take pride in visibility, consistency, and maintaining safety standards throughout the property.

- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Daytime assignment
- Company patrol vehicle provided
Position Overview
The officer will patrol the property, enforce parking rules, and conduct building and safety inspections. This post requires a professional officer who is alert, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and orderly environment for residents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct high-visibility mobile patrols in a company vehicle
- Perform building inspections (hallways, stairwells, lighting, gates, etc.)
- Identify and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Conduct parking enforcement and document vehicle violations
- Respond to suspicious activity or disturbances on property
- Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Communicate promptly and professionally with management
- Maintain a strong, approachable presence for residents and staff
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following:
- Active Florida Class D Security License
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of security or patrol experience
- Ability to identify unsafe conditions and document them clearly
- Ability to work 12-hour daytime shifts consistently
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to the site
- Must be drug-free (pre-employment & random testing)
- High School Diploma or GED
Strict Phone Policy
This is a patrol and enforcement position requiring full attention.
Personal phone use is strictly prohibited while on duty.
