NSC Staffing is now hiring an experienced Project/ Field Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with a commercial general contractor in the Cincinnati, OH area. In this position you would be overseeing daily field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects.
PAY: $80,000–$90,000+ DOE + $850/month vehicle allowance
SCHEDULE: M-F (first shift)
**Occasional half days on Saturdays
JOB DETAILS:
- 5+ years Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
- Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractors
- Keep projects on schedule and meet milestones
- Create short-term look-ahead schedules
- Oversee framing, siding, windows, doors, and trim work
- Communicate using an iPad/ email
- Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred
- Experience with multi-story projects is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check
