Location: German Village, Columbus, OH
Compensation: $15–17/hour base pay + restaurant-wide pooled tips (Estimated total earnings: $20–25+/hour)
We're opening a neighborhood café in German Village and are looking for energetic, hospitality-driven baristas who want to help create one of Columbus' favorite gathering places.
We're building a team where everyone contributes to the guest experience. Rather than traditional barista-only tipping, all tips are pooled and shared between both the front and back of house, because great hospitality starts in the kitchen just as much as behind the espresso machine.
What You'll Do
- Craft espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and seasonal beverages
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality
- Take orders and operate our POS system
- Assist with pastries, sandwiches, and light food preparation
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch service
- Support your teammates wherever needed
