Warehouse Associate – Fulfillment (Weekend Availability Required)

Unicorn Auctions is an online auction house specializing in fine spirits and wine. We are growing quickly and expanding our Warehouse Operations team to support the next phase of growth for the company.
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates who take pride in doing quality work and want a stable role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position supports order fulfillment, receiving, and inventory management operations that keep our auctions running smoothly.
Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Order Packing – Pack orders accurately using proper cushioning techniques, apply shipping labels, and stage packages for pickup.
- Order Picking – Pick bottles accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory and stage orders for packing or shipping.
- Inventory Receiving – Check incoming items against intake records, identify discrepancies (bottle type, condition, quantity), and record items in the inventory system.
- Inventory Management – Ensure bottles are labeled and stored in correct locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance – Maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and recycling.
- Adhering to SOPs – Follow established processes and adapt as procedures improve over time.
Qualifications
Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Reliability – Consistent attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to accurately pick, pack, and receive inventory.
- Physical Stamina – Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Communication Skills – Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with teammates.
- Tech Literacy – Basic computer skills and comfort using internal systems or Google Suite.
- Flexibility – Willingness to support multiple areas of warehouse operations as needed.
- Positive Attitude – Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment focused on continuous improvement.
Schedule
Full-time roles typically work 35–40 hours per week.
Scheduling may include:
- Five 8-hour shifts, or
- Four 10-hour shifts
Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required.
